Current project overview: In 2023, Anruisen (Suqian) Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of an annual output of 177200 tons of ultra-high purity wet electronic chemicals, 7.55 million cubic meters of electronic gas, and electronic specialty gas supply chain project in Suqian Ecological Chemical Technology Industrial Park. The project was approved by Suqian Ecological Environment Bureau on July 28, 2023 (Su Huan Jian Guan [2023] No. 17) and is currently under construction. The existing project waste gas mainly includes various acidic waste gas, alkaline waste gas, organic waste gas, hydrogen production combustion waste gas generated during the production process, as well as tank area waste gas, hazardous waste warehouse waste gas, sewage station waste gas, testing room waste gas, warehouse waste gas, tanker loading waste gas, loading and unloading station waste gas, etc. After treatment, each waste gas is discharged in compliance with standards. The existing project's domestic sewage is treated by septic tanks and combined with production wastewater (including circulating cooling water drainage, ultrapure water preparation of concentrated water, alkali spray tower wastewater, ground flushing wastewater, container cleaning wastewater, tank truck cleaning wastewater, product turnover bucket cleaning wastewater, laboratory wastewater, backwashing wastewater, steam condensate water, and initial rainwater). After meeting the standards, it is taken over to the Suqian Ecological Chemical Technology Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant. The treated wastewater is discharged into the Shandong River and finally flows into the Xinyi River. The factory boundary noise meets the emission standards after shock absorption and distance attenuation. General solid waste is sold for comprehensive utilization or treatment, while hazardous waste is collected and entrusted to qualified units for treatment.
Overview of this project construction: Two electronic grade hydrogen peroxide production lines and two electronic special gas mixing production lines will be added to the existing Class A workshop, one sodium hydroxide filtration and packaging production line will be added to Class B workshop one, one ultra pure ammonia production line and one electronic grade ammonia water production line will be added to Class B workshop two, one high-purity hydrogen production line will be added to Class A equipment area, and one hydrofluoric acid production line will be added to Class D workshop. Through the construction of the above production lines, an annual output of 98000 tons of ultra high purity wet electronic chemicals, 7.8 million cubic meters of electronic gas, and 15000 tons of industrial grade products will be produced.

Work procedure for evaluation: Accepting construction project commission → Signing project environmental impact assessment contract → Site survey by environmental assessment unit → Providing project related information by the construction party → Environmental status and quality investigation → Environmental impact analysis research → Preparation of environmental impact assessment report → Report evaluation and approval
Main job responsibilities: Analyze the consistency between project site selection and relevant planning, and the consistency between project construction content and relevant industrial policies. Based on engineering analysis, predict the environmental impacts of water, gas, and sound, and propose pollution prevention and control measures. Based on the principles of environmental protection approval, a comprehensive analysis is conducted to determine the feasibility of the project construction on the proposed site, providing approval basis for project environmental management and technical support for project engineering design.
